"Read and Celebrate Languages" Contest: From the EFAD Podium to the Top of the AMLANORD Zone

What an exceptional literary adventure!What an exceptional literary adventure for the Cycle 3 students! From the school-wide selection process to the AMLANORD Zone finals, the “Read and Celebrate Languages” read-aloud contest (which this year replaces the Little Champions of Reading format) showcased the eloquence, talent, and passion of our young readers.
Act I: A thrilling conference championship game
A few weeks ago, the schoolyard was transformed into a true literary stage to host the local finals, which brought together students from CM1, CM2, and 6ème. In a warm atmosphere and with the enthusiastic support of their classmates, the finalists brought texts in French, Spanish, and English to life.
Following some truly outstanding performances, the jury named our school's champions:
- English: Emma (4th grade), Abel (5th grade), and Diego (6th grade)
- French: Emilie (4th grade), Ana (5th grade), and Andrés (6th grade)
- Spanish: Chloé (4th grade), Jacinta (5th grade), and Emma (6th grade)
With this first victory, these exceptional ambassadors earned their spot to proudly represent EFAD in the next round: the AMLANORD Zone interscholastic grand final.
Act II: A Historic Haul in the AMLANORD Final!
The wait paid off: in the final rounds of the AMLANORD Zone, our students put on a spectacular performance, earning no fewer than 7 podium finishes!

Beyond these magnificent individual achievements, we must celebrate the collective effort as a whole. Above all, these students represented their classes and our school. A big round of applause for all the Cycle 3 students for their dedication, their work on public speaking, and their enthusiasm throughout this project.
