"Read and Celebrate Languages" Contest: From the EFAD Podium to the Heights of the AMLANORD Zone!

What an exceptional literary adventure for the Cycle 3 students! From the school-wide selection process all the way to the AMLANORD Zone finals, the “Read and Celebrate Languages” read-aloud contest (which this year replaces the “Little Champions de la Lectura” format) showcased the eloquence, talent, and passion of our young readers.

Act I: An Emotional and Thrilling School Championship Final

A few weeks ago, the schoolyard was transformed into a veritable literary stage to host the local finals, which brought together students from CM1, CM2, and 6ème. In a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and amid enthusiastic cheers from their classmates, the finalists brought the texts to life in French, Spanish, and English.

Following a series of outstanding performances, the jury selected our school champions:

English: Emma (4th grade), Abel (5th grade), and Diego (6th grade)
French: Emilie (4th grade), Ana (5th grade), and Andrés (6th grade)
Spanish: Chloé (4th grade), Jacinta (5th grade), and Emma (6th grade)

Buoyed by this initial success, these star ambassadors earned their spot to proudly represent EFAD in the next round: the AMLANORD Zone inter-school grand finale.

Act II: A Historic Haul in the AMLANORD Finals!

The wait paid off: during the final deliberations for the AMLANORD Zone, our students put on a spectacular performance, securing no fewer than 7 podium finishes!

Beyond these magnificent individual achievements, it is the collective spirit that deserves to be celebrated. Above all, these students represented their classes and our school.
